What size are your cookies?
Typically my cookies for custom orders range from 3.5, 4, and 4.5 inches from the longest side of the cookie.
Do you have a store front?
I do not have an official store front, as I bake out of my home.
Can you ship?
I am currently only able to ship in the state of Tennessee. My cookies can break/damage during the shipping process. I am not responsible for broken/damaged products during the shipping process as I package up the cookies to the best of my abilities to prevent this from happening.
How long will cookies stay fresh?
Cookies come individually heat sealed in cello bags. The cookies with stay fresh in the bags up to 2-3 weeks. After that period, I recommend freezing cookies. You can place your cookies in the freezer as they are in a container or box, and take them out to unthaw at least 8-10 hours before eating them. They taste just as yummy, I promise!
Do you deliver?
I am unable to deliver cookies due to how busy that I am. Pick up is typically at my home in Westmoreland TN. If you give me notice then I can schedule a pick up location for you in Lafayette TN, Gallatin TN, and Nashville TN.
Do your cookies contain nuts?
The custom iced cookies do not contain nuts. I do make other cookies that contain nuts and sanitize equipment afterwards. Cookies are made in a home kitchen that is not nut free.
Do you offer gluten free items or other items for allergies/diet restrictions?
Currently I only offer gluten items for custom orders. Gluten free items are made in a home kitchen with other items containing gluten. Gluten free cookies have special pricing. Please reach out to me to get a quote.

Regarding items for diet restrictions and allergies: I offer dairy free and dye free cookies upon request.
How far in advance should I place an order?
I recommend reaching out at least two months in advance to place an order. I tend to book up quickly, and rarely have last minute openings or cancellations. This also helps me ensure I have everything I need for your order.
Do you require a deposit on orders?
Yes, I require a 25% deposit on all orders. This deposit is non-refundable.
When is the deposit due for my order?
The deposit is due once you place your order to reserve your order. The deposit is non-refundable.
